Produced a long-form educational video for the Veterans Crisis Line, designed to reduce stigma around calling and to provide transparency on what happens during a call. The video extended the tone of the “Tools” PSA—hopeful, approachable, and supportive—positioning the VCL as a trustworthy service that Veterans can turn to in any situation.

Responsibilities

  • Led creative development and alignment between VA, internal teams, and production vendors

  • Sourced and secured production vendors, while overseeing script development to meet VA’s goals

  • Managed all communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment

  • Developed and enforced project timelines to deliver on a tight deadline

  • Secured VA approvals for pre-production elements, including talent and locations

  • Managed and allocated the travel budget, booking logistics for all parties involved

  • Oversaw pre-production, production, and post-production phases, ensuring on-set client and vendor needs were met and addressing issues swiftly.

  • 6 social cutdowns (15–60s)

  • Spanish-language versions of all assets

Impact
The video successfully launched across VA’s channels, reinforcing transparency and trust in the Veterans Crisis Line. It was praised by VA leadership for humanizing the experience and helping shift perceptions of the VCL as an accessible, everyday support system.
