Overview

Produced a long-form educational video on the topic of how suicide data is collected and used to develop suicide prevention strategies. The goal was to provide background on epidemiological concepts and reporting standards as they relate to suicide and suicide prevention in a digestible way to a broad audience. It helped explain why data is essential to understanding and how to communicate it effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Led creative development and alignment between VA, internal teams, and production vendors

  • Sourced and secured production vendors, while overseeing script development to meet VA’s goals

  • Managed all communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment

  • Developed and enforced project timelines to deliver on a tight deadline

  • Secured VA approvals for pre-production elements, including voiceover talent.

  • Oversaw pre-production, production, and post-production phases.

  • 6 social cutdowns (15–60s)

  • Spanish-language versions of all assets
