Small Business Administration – Office of Veterans Business Development| 2024

Produced a long-form video for the Small Business Administration – Office of Veterans Business Development (OVBD) to highlight Veteran-owned small businesses supported by SBA resources. The feature focused on Project Victory Gardens, a Veteran-founded business that successfully launched with the help of OVBD programs. The goal was to raise awareness of SBA’s services among recently discharged Veterans and inspire them to pursue entrepreneurship.

My Role

  • Coordinated all client–vendor communications to align expectations and maintain transparency throughout production

  • Partnered with the vendor on creative direction and script development to authentically represent the Veteran’s story

  • Managed production timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery

  • Oversaw on-set execution, ensuring alignment with the creative brief, script, and budget requirements

  • 1 x 3–4 minute long-form video for YouTube and SBA digital channels

Impact
The video served as an inspiring showcase of SBA OVBD’s support for Veteran entrepreneurs. It highlighted the tangible benefits of the program and helped broaden awareness of resources available to transitioning service members.
